Vote No on 46

No on 46 gains editorial endorsements

Four major California newspapers have joined the growing list of opponents to Proposition 46. Yesterday, the San Diego Union Tribune published an editorial titled “Prop. 46: Trial lawyers pathetic scam,” which urges readers to vote “no” on the ballot measure that would raise the non-economic damages cap on MICRA. This latest editorial against Proposition 46 joins a chorus of other newspapers taking a “no” position, including the San Francisco Chronicle, San Jose Mercury News and Sacramento Bee. Additionally, the No On 46 coalition has now grown to more than 600 organizations. As a reminder, the No On 46 campaign has free campaign materials including lawn signs, brochures, posters and buttons available to help you inform colleagues and patients.
